TripStax Technologies Ltd is an exciting new venture crafted from within an industry leading global Travel Management Company (TMC) group, as a driver for technological disruption within the travel sector. As TripStax is a newly formed business, we have a start-up mentality, however unlike a typical start-up we have a significant technology portfolio already in place with over a million users and nearing 10 million transactions flowing through the stack. We have an established management team, consisting of individuals who have been around the base tech and infrastructure for many years and new talent that we brought in as a result of our first investment round. The team is now up to roughly 150 people, through a combination of in-house and outsourced individuals. We have conquered the initial separation milestones, raised additional capital, launched the business in a big way within the industry, won some significant awards and started getting traction over and above the existing global user base. We now need to accelerate the next phase of TripStax’s evolution and growth.
