As we surge forward in the early stages of our growth mission, we’re expanding the TripStax team with a UK based commercial force!

TripStax Technologies is an exciting new venture crafted from within the ATPI Group as a driver for technological change within the travel industry.  For many years the ATPI Group has been a strong global Travel Management Company (TMC), building proprietary technologies to service the increasing demands of its client base.  TripStax takes these market leading solutions to create a completely new business with a vision to revolutionise how the travel industry consumes and utilises technology and travel content.

Launched to market in March 2022, TripStax is a fully connected modular stack of proprietary travel tech tools for TMCs.  It is driven by ‘The Core’, a powerful central data processing architecture which consumes and manages profile, booking and finance data in order to power 8 industry leading tech modules; Analytics, Approve, Content, Docs, Mobile, Portal, Profile and Track.

As TripStax is a newly formed business, we have a start-up mentality, however unlike a typical start-up we have a significant technology portfolio already in place with millions of users and transactions flowing through the stack.  We have an established management team, and a product and technology team of product owners, developers etc., some with a background from the ATPI technology team that built the foundation of TripStax, and some new roles to bolster the new tech structure.  We have conquered the initial separation milestones, raised additional capital, launched the business in a big way within the industry and started getting traction over and above the revenue from our launch customer global user base.  TripStax and its technology is already up and running around the world, and we are now looking to further accelerate the next phases of the TripStax evolution. One key element is our commercial team, and we are now looking to hire for a UK based commercial role.

TripStax is looking to bring a new face into the team to work on UK opportunities, but also to look abroad, to the rest of Europe. We are looking for a person who is independent and self-propelled, but who is also keen to cooperate with management, technical and operational colleagues to drive momentum, sell the right propositions, and make things real. The individual will report to the Chief Commercial Officer.

In short, the main responsibilities of this commercial role will be;

  • Identify and engage with UK and other European prospects
  • Understand our commercial proposition and creatively apply proposition to win
  • Manage and drive sales processes to win new business and support efforts to expand our footprint with existing customers
  • Record and maintain prospect and opportunity data in CRM
  • Participate in events
  • Support and contribute to Marketing and Product Marketing
  • Brand Ambassadorship

The package we’ll be looking to offer comes with a competitive base salary and sales incentive model.  Where you are based is not important for the role itself, but we think it is practical for you to have access to a home office environment within good reach of a relevant airport, as you will likely need to do some travelling to do your job effectively.

As we’ve essentially spun the foundations of TripStax out of a bigger corporate animal we have a lot of work to do to instil the right behavioural and cultural environment across the business.  A few core concepts that we believe in are;
