TripStax Technologies is an exciting new venture crafted from within the ATPI Group as a driver for technological disruption within the travel industry.  For many years the ATPI Group has been a strong global Travel Management Company (TMC), building proprietary technologies to service the increasing demands of its client base.  TripStax takes these market leading solutions to create a completely new business with a vision to revolutionise how the travel industry consumes and utilises technology and travel content.

As TripStax is a well formed business, we have a start-up mentality, however unlike a typical start-up we have a significant technology portfolio already in place with millions of users and transactions flowing through the stack.  We have an established management team, and a product and technology team of product owners, developers etc., some with a background from the ATPI technology team that built the foundation of TripStax, and some new roles to bolster the new tech structure.  We have conquered the initial separation milestones, raised additional capital, launched the business in a big way within the industry and started getting traction over and above the revenue from our launch customer ATPI’s global user base.  TripStax and its technology is already up and running around the world, and we are now looking to further accelerate the next phases of the TripStax evolution. One key element is our commercial team, and we are now looking to hire for a United States based commercial role.

TripStax is looking to bring a new face into the team to work on United States opportunities. We are looking for a person who is independent and self-propelled, but who is also keen to cooperate with management, technical and operational colleagues to drive momentum, sell the right propositions, and make things real. The individual will report to the Chief Commercial Officer.

Responsibilities:

  • Pipeline Generation: Proactively identify and engage with potential prospects in the US market, leveraging your prospecting skills and industry knowledge to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Solution Selling: Understand and effectively communicate TripStax’s commercial proposition, tailoring it to meet the unique needs of each prospect. Creatively apply our modular travel technology stack to address client challenges and win new business.
  • Sales Process Management: Skillfully manage and drive the entire sales process, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for potential clients.
  • CRM Management: Diligently record and maintain accurate prospect and opportunity data within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring data integrity and enabling effective sales forecasting.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Represent TripStax as a brand ambassador, attending industry events, networking, and actively promoting our innovative solutions and value proposition.
  • Collaboration: Support and contribute to marketing and product marketing efforts, providing valuable insights and feedback from the field to enhance our go-to-market strategies.

Requirements:

  • Software as a Service (SaaS) Sales Experience: Proven track record in selling SaaS solutions, with a deep understanding of the sales cycles and customer needs in the software industry.
  • Business Travel Knowledge: Basic knowledge of the business travel industry, including key players, challenges, and trends, enabling you to effectively communicate the value of our solutions.
  • Independent Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline, while effectively collaborating with a European-based management team across time zones.
  • Closing Skills: Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales processes and close deals efficiently, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Salesforce Proficiency: Proficient in using Salesforce CRM or similar customer relationship management tools, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong communication and presentation abilities, enabling you to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Analytical and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to identify client pain points and propose innovative solutions.
