Risky business? The new reality of travel risk: from data intelligence to real-time action

The first 25 people to register and attend the session will receive a free* MiLi Duo (Android) or Apple Air Tag device
Geopolitical events, travel disruptions, extreme weather and security incidents dominate headlines like never before. But has travel become riskier or with more access to data, are organisations simply just seeing more of the risks that have always existed?
In this fireside chat, David Chappell, CPO of TripStax, is joined by Suzanne Sangiovese, CEO of Riskline, and Bex Deadman, Co-Founder of the Travel Risk Academy, to explore how risk intelligence, technology and corporate responsibility are reshaping the way organisations protect their travellers.
Together, they will discuss how organisations can better understand the evolving risk landscape, turn data and intelligence into action, and strengthen duty of care through applying the right standards and frameworks. The conversation will challenge traditional thinking around duty of care and explore how organisations can move beyond simply reacting to events towards anticipating, communicating and responding to risk in real time.
Whether you’re a TMC or corporate, responsible for travel, procurement, operations or traveller wellbeing, you’ll leave with fresh insights into how leading organisations are using intelligence, technology and human expertise to create safer, smarter and more resilient travel programmes.
